Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be processed and shipped between 48-72 hours once the order has been processed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered and would like to exchange it, please email sales@plainjanehomme.com for an RA number. You must get an RA number within 10 days of the original order.

Shipping costs will be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please keep in mind that for credit card transactions it may take 3-5 business days for it to appear on your account.
